| 摘 要： | 本文从哈贝马斯的“商谈论”说起,在论证协商民主的由来、协商民主法哲学基础的同时,结合实践,提出与阐明我国社会主义民主的实现形式:以协商民主为前提、以选举民主为纽带、以自治民主为基础的多元民主。指出了这些民主形式的优越性与某些不足,并就哈贝马斯的交往行为理论对完善我国民主实现形式的借鉴意义作了具体分析。

| Abstract: | Based on the discourse theory of Habermas,this article explores the development and philosophical basis of discourse democracy,and points out the possible form of soviet democracy,a pluralist democracy as the combination of discourse democracy,election and autonomy.Comparing the virtues and vices of these forms of democracy,this article illuminates the significance of commutative theory of habermas in building the more effective form of soviet democracy. |
