Administrative Concept Replacement and Administrative Law Pattern Transformation

Accompanied with the reform of government administration and the coming of public administrative era, the traditional administrative law regulating the state administration has faced with deep changes in the transformation of research patterns. The concept of administration has been transferred from single state administration to public administration that includes state administration and social administration. The regulating object of administrative law has extended from the state administration to public administration. The administrative law pattern should change its central tasks from the administrative power to public rights.
