| 摘 要： | 当前我国公司治理机制存在诸多不足,因而需要媒体的积极参与。相较于其他治理措施,媒体监督具有独立、客观、自力更生特征,不与企业利益追求相互扦格,监督能力独具优势。媒体监督能更好地保护投资者利益并促进市场安全。由于我国当前媒体监督公司治理存在诸多制度性障碍,有必要制度化媒体监督,保证其治理功能的充分发挥。
