| 摘 要： | 振兴东北老工业基地是一个长期的系统工程。良好的行政法制环境,是实现东北老工业基地振兴的必要条件。近一段时期内,长春市行政法制环境建设取得了一定的成绩,但仍存在部分问题,如何实现东北老工业基地振兴和可持续发展,行政法制环境建设的完善与否将是其必要的条件。
