| 摘 要： | 近年来,犯罪现场重建在我国刑事侦查工作中得到了广泛应用,也成为理论界研究的热点。犯罪现场重建是构建犯罪证据体系的一项法庭科学技术活动,具有科学性、唯一性、局限性、证据性的特性,它不等同于犯罪现场分析,在掌握充分的现场犯罪信息资料的基础上,犯罪现场重建的科学结论具有证明能力,可以以专家证言成为诉讼证据。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the reconstruction of criminal scene has been widely applied in criminal investigation in our country,and it also has become a hot issue in the theoretic circles.The reconstruction of criminal scene is an activity of court scientific technology,it is scientific,unique,partial,evident and differs from the analyses on criminal scene.The scientific conclusion of it has the abilities to provide evidences,and it is an expert's testimony regarded as evidences of proceedings. |
