| 摘 要： | 在评介“企业蜕变”和“企业基因”诸种观点的基础上，重新界定了“企业蜕变”与“企业基因”的基本内涵：以基因的作用机理为基础，构建了由易到难、由简单到复杂的逐步高级化的企业蜕变模型，为企业成功的快速蜕变提供了较好的操作性思路。

| Abstract: | On the basis of various comments on “business transformation” and “enterprise gene”, the article redefines the basic connotation of “business transformation” and “enterprise gene”. Taking gene＇s role as foundation, it also constructs a kind of high-grade transforming mode which is from easy to difficult, from simple to complicated, and provides a solution for the transformatiom, which can be implemented with a better operability. |
