| 摘 要： | 当前,以社会主义核心价值体系引领网络文化是社会主义意识形态的本质体现,是多样化思潮互争并立客观现实的表现,是网络文化功能的复杂性使然。因此,现阶段实现＂引领＂需要解决的问题是：清晰把握确立＂社会主义核心价值体系＂为引领主体的主客观依据和主客体之间的关系态势。实现社会主义核心价值体系引领网络文化的关键在于：积极构建网络文化引领创新发展机制、覆盖融入机制、舆论引导机制,并以重点人群影响机制、主流意识形态网络阵地建设、网络舆论掌控及反馈系统为着力点。

| Abstract: | At present,network culture,guided by socialist core value system,is the essential reflection of socialist ideology and realistic reflection of diverse fighting,coexisting ideas.It is also the result of the complicated functioning of network culture.Therefore,problems concerning ＇guidance＇ need to be solved.The key to realizing socialist core value system guiding network culture lies in the following： actively building creative development mechanism,coverage and blending mechanism,and opinion guidance mechanism;focusing on key groups,mainstream media development,network opinion control and feedback. |
