冲突化解中的第三方干预研究综述

冲突是现代社会中的普遍现象。有关冲突的化解实践和理论研究大致可以分为两条主线或两个角度，即作为局内人的冲突当事人和作为局外人的第三方。冲突化解中的第三方干预研究，主要集中在第三方及其特质，第三方干预的原因，第三方的角色和干预方式，第三方干预的影响因素，第三方干预的结果或效果以及国际冲突领域中的第三方干预等几个方面。现有的第三方干预研究无疑对当前中国如何应对和处理群体性事件具有积极的现实意义。但是，第三方干预研究也还存在一些不足之处，这也是将来进一步研究的方向和旨趣。

A Reviewed of Study on the Third Party Intervention in the Conflict Resolution

Conflict is a common phenomenon in the modern society. Practice and theory of conflict resolution is broadly divided into two main lines or two dimensions, that is parties to the conflict as the insider and the third party as the outsider. This article makes a review on the pre-existing literatures, mainly concentrating in definition and qualifications of the third party, the reasons for intervention, the types of intervention, factors, intervention results or effectiveness, and the third party intervention in international conflict. Finally, we discuss its significance on the handling of mass incidents in current China, and make a research prospect of third party intervention.
