| Abstract: | Energy conservation and ventilation reduction,which is a systematic engineering,are both complementary to each other.In police colleges and universities,energy conservation is the priority,but ventilation reduction must be practiced.In order to improve the efficiency of energy use and protect the environment,police colleges and universities should establish energy-conservation-and-ventilation-reduction-oriented logistic and support working mechanism. |
