| Abstract: | In recent years,traffic accidents caused by drunken driving,speeding and neglectfulness of traffic lights are increasing year by year.Some cases have caught the public attention and lead to the public discussion and academic circles＇ reflection on the criminal conviction of the traffic accident crimes.By drawing on legal explanatory methods and from the perspective of the traffic accident crimes and their key components,to analyze and draw a line between a traffic accident crime and a crime endangering public security and intentional murder helps provide judicial solutions to certain difficult cases.. |
