上海公安文职人员组织文化建设探析

摘    要:越来越多的管理实践表明,在提升员工绩效、激励员工、留住优秀人才等方面,除了依靠充分的物质因素作为保障之外,塑造和谐、健康的组织文化也是至关重要的。由于用工性质的特殊性,公安文职人员容易产生归属感薄弱、边缘人心态等问题,因此,了解文职人员的思想状况,重视精神激励,加强组织文化建设是非常必要的。

Abstract:More and more practices indicate that in order to make the best possible use of staff and persuade staff to stay rely on building the organizational civilization besides the material reward.The civilian staff is an important part of employee in public security organ.In new situation,owing to the work attribute,the civilian staff of public security organs comes under the jurisdiction of individuality and lives at the verge of organs.In order to improve and perfect the employment system of the civilian staff in public security organs,we should treasure the moral encouragement and strengthen to build the organizational civilization.
