| 摘 要： | 入监室直接管理是指在看守所现场管理中,管教民警根据有关法律法规,对监室内被监管人员的日常活动进行规范化、具体化、人性化的面对面的管理和教育。入监室直接管理的方法对管教民警管理好被监管人员有着非常重要的意义。要积极探索看守所管教民警入监室直接管理的原则、内容及操作细则,同时,管教民警入监室直接管理要有制度来保障,使之制度化和规范化,从而提高综合效率,取得管理的实效。

| Abstract: | Jail officers＇ direct management in cells means that in the light of related Chinese laws,the jail officers directly manage the prisoners＇ daily activities in a standard and humanly way.It is significant for jail officers to manage the jail and detainees in this way.The principle,contents and operational detailed rules should be actively explored.Meanwhile,in order to improve its overall efficiency,the system should be established so that its operation can be standardized and regulated. |
