公共部门人力资源绩效管理问题及对策

摘    要:
本文分析了我国公共部门人力资源绩效管理的现状与不足,提出了完善公共部门人力资源绩效管理的对策。通过建立和完善绩效管理体系,提高人力资源管理者的能力水平,构建科学合理的绩效目标和考核标准,改进考核方法,并且加强绩效考核结果的应用,改进个人绩效。
