| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了国内外战略性新兴产业发展现状,分析了贵阳发展战略性新兴产业的产业基础及政策环境,提出我市应大力发展生物产业、新材料产业、高端装备制造业、电子信息及创意产业、节能环保产业和健康产业,并针对我市产业发展现状提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | This article first explains the present situation of strategic burgeoning industries home and abroad,and analyzes the relevant industrial foundation and the policy environment of Guiyang.It then suggests that major effort should be devoted to developing biological industry,new-material industry,high-end equipment manufacture industry,electronic industry,innovation industry,energy conservation industry and health industry.Finally it proposes advice in the relevant fields. |
