| 摘 要： | 在我国经济和社会发展进行经济结构战略性调整的重要时期 ,维护困难职工群体合法权益 ,是一个严肃的政治问题。这是保证党的基本路线顺利贯彻执行的需要 ,是坚持党的全心全意为人民服务宗旨的需要 ,是巩固和坚持共产党的领导的需要 ,是有效地减少和化解一部分人民内部矛盾的需要。做好这项工作 ,需要全党、全社会高度重视和积极支持、参与 ,充分发挥社会主义制度集中力量办大事的优势 ,切实把这件大事抓好。
