| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》的颁布和即将实施 ,是关系亿万劳动者身体健康和切身利益的一件大事。各级工会组织要从认真实践“三个代表”重要思想的高度 ,认真学习宣传这一法律 ,充分认识职业病的危害 ,努力做好职工的劳动保护工作 ,进一步履行工会维护职工合法权益的基本职责。

| Abstract: | Prevention and Control Law of Occupational Diseases of the PRC was promulgated in the late of Dec. 2001 and will be implemented in May 2002. That is an important thing relating hundreds of millions of laborers' health safety and their immediate interests. The trade unions at all levels should earnestly propagate this law and understand jeopardy of occupational diseases. They should do a good job of the workers' labor protection in order to fulfill their basic duty of safeguarding the workers' legitimate rights and interests. |
