| 摘 要： | 信用卡诈骗罪是97刑法为适应我国社会主义市场经济发展需要而新设立的罪名。是参照港、澳地区的滥用担保卡或信用卡罪而制订的。由于我国在经济犯罪领域的立法技术还不十分成熟,故信用卡诈骗设立的意义何在,其条款术语是否科学、合理都需要进一步研究。笔者拟从立法、司法等多个方面对信用卡诈骗罪作一番粗浅的探讨。

| Abstract: | The crime of fraud on credit card is a new accusation set in the 1997 Criminal Law in according with the development of the market-oriented economy of socialism and based on the crime of abusing guarantee card or credit card regulated in the Hongkong and Macao Criminal Law.The author deals with the crime of fraud on credit card from the aspects of legislation and jurisdiction and so on. |
