| Abstract: | The development of acid phosphatase test was reported.The assay was applied for screening of 35 seminal stains,115 other body fluids and 10 plant juice. Positive resultscould be obscrved among the seminal sampies even if theywere 64 times diluted. The newly designed plad preventedfrom the interference of body fluid and phot juice on detecting of seminal stains. |
