| 摘 要： | 贯彻落实“倡导和谐理念,培育和谐精神”的要求,需要我们弘扬和谐哲学,消除“斗争哲学”的影响。弘扬和谐哲学,不是否认矛盾、无视矛盾,而是要正确认识、对待和处理矛盾。具体而言,要掌握以下几个原则:第一,重在和解;第二,重在以人为本;第三,重在实事求是;第四,重在内心修养;第五,重在建设。

| Abstract: | To "promote the concept of harmony and foster the spirit of harmony",we need to advocate the philosophy of harmony,avoid the influence of the "philosophy of fighting",and properly understand and deal with conflicts.In practice,we need to bear in mind the following principles,i.e. Focusing on reconciliation;being people-oriented;being practical and realistic;being self-accomplished;focusing on construction. |
