| Abstract: | The reform of judicatory authentication is an important part of judicatory reform. But judicatory authentication is a weak link in Chinese litigation activity. Its confusion and chaos have great effect on the realization of litigation value. Therefore, in order to reform and perfect our judicatory authentication system, we should proceed with the establishment of the judicial organization, the personnel scheme and the regularization of authentication procedure and constitute a new system that can suit the need of social development step by step. |
