无心之责与主体之责——关于青少年生态文明建设责任的思考

当今青少年是在物质条件十分充盈丰足下成长起来的,他们为以能源、资源的高消耗为前提的经济发展提供了理由。同时,充盈丰足的物质生活条件使青少年养成了高度依赖资源和能源的生活习惯。因此,当今青少年是社会中资源和能源的消耗大户,对当今社会中的生态安全问题负有无心之责。调研发现,现实生活中,青少年认同自己在生态文明建设中的主体之责,但对这种无心之责却缺乏充分的认识,同时,对自身责任还存在着知行不统一的现象和问题。青少年要更好地担当其在生态文明建设中的主体之责,就必须反思自己的无心之责,将生态文明建设的目标落实到自己日常生活的"衣食住行"之中,力戒娇骄二气,力戒挑挑拣拣,力戒虚荣浮夸,力戒铺张浪费。这是当今青少年在生态文明建设中担起主体之责的最实在、最基本的途径。

Unconscious Obligation or Subject＇s Obligation——Reflection on Teenager＇s Obligation in Construction of Ecological Civilization

Being raised in a sufficient material situation, the current teenagers supply the reason for the fast - paced economic development on condition of high consumption of energy and resources. And thus teenagers are used to and even are counting on the high consumption of energy and resources in their daily life, which promotes them to have the unconscious obligation of the social construction of ecological civilization. According to the surveys, teenagers are aware of their subject＇s obligation for construction of ecological civilization, but lacking the identification of this unconscious obligation. However, these two types of obligation must be combined in the practical action, so as to descend their effeminacy and luxury, their external display and vain, their being extravagant and wasteful, and thus let the teenagers carry out the construction of ecological civilization in their truly everyday life, which will be the most fundamental and practical approach for them to partake into the environmental conservation.
