| Abstract: | At present, there are various adverse factors in young public security cadres' cultivation and selection. We must set up correct ideology of "selection of persons", establish the cultivation and selection mechanian suited to the requirements in the new period of time. Thus, we can bring up a large group of young and prominent cadres to hold the important tasks of public security work in the period. |
