| 摘 要： | 法治信仰是法治的灵魂。公民普遍的法治信仰是法治得以实现的关键,培育公民对法治的信仰是建设法治国家的必由之路。当前我国公民普遍缺乏法治信仰,这既有历史原因也有现实原因。为此,我们必须从政治体制改革、立法、司法及普法教育等各方面积极培育公民对法治的信仰。

| Abstract: | The faith in rule of law is the soul of the rule of law.Citizen's general faith in the rule of law is the key to realizing the rule of law,so fostering citizens' faith in the rule of law is the only way to build a country governed according to law. Nowadays citizens of our country generally lack the faith.This has historical reasons and has also realistic reasons.For these reasons,we must foster citizens' faith actively from such different fields as political structure reformation,legislating,administration of justice and law dissemination,etc. |
