论求知与道德

知识作为联系世界的特殊方法,以信念为动力追求真理,其本质是普遍指涉性的思想,形式呈现是概念。以自然、社会、人文为对象探索形成的知识体系内核,是关于自然、社会、人共生存在的法则、公理、律令及其运作规律,构成人类如何善待自然、社会、人以及怎样适度生活的依据、尺度、边界。尺度之于个人或社会,构成其行为边界。在生活世界里,边界构成利害是否有度的分水岭,尺度成为衡量利害得失是否合法合德的依据。因此,求知既成为道德生活的动力,更是创文明的方式,因为文明的内在支撑是合乎人性要求和自然法则的知识体系。而自觉的求知努力,开辟出知识体系的构筑之路;不间断地构筑知识体系,制度道德、法律道德和教育道德才能普遍形成,生活道德才成为每个人的生活所需。

On Seeking Knowledge and Morality

Knowledge as a special method of connecting the world, traces truth with faith as its motive force. Its essence is the thought of universal referential nature, and its formal presentation is concept. The core of the knowledge system formed by exploring nature, society and humanity as the object is about the laws, axioms, decrees and their operating rules concerning the co-existence of nature, society and human beings. It forms the basis, scale and boundary of how human beings treat nature,society and human beings well and how to live moderately. The scale is applied to individuals or society and constitutes the boundary of their behavior. In the living world, the boundary constitutes a watershed for the degree of interests, and the scale becomes the basis for judging whether interests are legitimate or not. Therefore, knowledge is not only the motive force of moral life, but also the way to create civilization, because the internal support of civilization is a knowledge system that meets the requirements of human nature and the laws of nature. And consciously seeking knowledge, open up the way to build a knowledge system.Only when the knowledge system is continuously constructed can the system morality, legal morality and educational morality be universally formed and the life morality becomes the life need of everyone.
