多中心视阈下的群体性事件治理模式转型——基于治理模式二维划分的实然分析

改革开放和社会转型在带来巨大的经济繁荣和社会富足的同时也不断制造着社会成员内部的怨恨与不满，伴随着社会主体利益分化和社会结构断裂，日益频发的群体性事件在宣泄和表达着社会群体利益损失催生的不满和怨愤的同时，也冲击着正常的社会秩序，质疑着各级政府区域执政地位的合法性。本文试图在群体性事件治理模式理论建构的基础上，审视当下各级地方政府群体性事件的治理图景，通由经验观察和分析，大致归纳出现有治理模式，并论述现有缺陷型寡头治理模式的不足，进而提出在多中心视阂下锻冶和促生新的治理模式。
