公安基层组织思想政治工作有效性的标准 ,其一 ,是否能有效地调动全体组织成员朝向组织目标的积极性 ,保证组织目标完成过程的稳态和顺利进行 ;其二 ,是否能创建良好组织风气和组织内部环境 ,有效地促使每个组织成员成熟和基本素质的全面提高。这两个标准 ,可以分解为能够识别的几个方面 :改善领导作风 ;调节内部沟通 ;引导效价和鼓舞士气 ;促使人员成熟 ;反馈组织行为。

Thoughts about the Effectiveness of Ideological Work of Basic-level Organization of Public Security

The standards of the effectiveness of ideological work of basic-level organization of public security are as follows:(1) whether or not the members' initiatives towards its goals can be made in order to secure the steadiness and smoothness of the process of achieving the goals.(2) whether or not good organization morale and internal climate can be established in order to effectively improve the members' basical qualities.The two standards can be divided into some identifiable aspects:improving the way of leadership,adjusting the internal communication,encouraging the zeal,improving the members'progress and feedbacking the behavior of organization.
