我国律师业改革与发展的思考

改革是律师业获得发展的动力和源泉 ,在改革中求发展是律师业前进的鲜明轨迹。目前我国律师业 ,需要作以下改革 :一要科学合理划分司法行政机关和律师协会的职能和权限 ;二是律师协会应充分依托其社会团体性质 ,为律师从事法律服务当好中介 ;三是应从制度层面上保障律师参政议政的权利 ,提高律师在国家政治生活中的地位 ;四要借鉴国外先进经验 ,对律师事务所组织形式进行改革并加强对其管理。

The bar should develop during its reformation.The ways of reformation is that.Firstly,the functions and purviews of the judicial administrative management and lawyer guild management should be divided rationally.Secondly,lawyer guild should take the part of mediation of the lawyer with its characters.Thirdly,the right of participating in government should be protected by the system.lmprove the lawyer's politics status.Fourthly,the organizing form of law office should be reformed and be managed strictly.
