| 摘 要： | 和谐警营,是指公安队伍的各个部分和各个要素处于一种相互协调的平衡发展状态,是一种通过民警各司其职、各尽其能、各得其所、各受其益、团结协作来打造的积极向上、充满活力、创新发展、内外融洽的良好局面。和谐警营的构建有着重大意义,如何构建和谐警营是一个值得研究的课题,其中,坚持文化育警,加强警营文化建设对和谐警营的构建起着重要作用。
