| 摘 要： | 微博在高校校园文化建设中的作用日益凸显。开展微博时代下的高校校园文化建设研究具有重要的现实价值。当前，高校在利用微博开展高校校园文化建设方面还存在一些问题与不足，突出地表现在微博随从化现象严重、校园文化信息滞后、内容缺乏吸引力、特色文化育人不明显以及管理机制不完善等方面。对此，高校应从管理机制、队伍建设、文化育人三个层面积极探索有效的路径，进一步推进微博时代的高校校园文化建设持续、健康的发展。

| Abstract: | Micro-blog has a vital role to play in the construction of campus culture in universities. Therefore, it is of realistic significance to carry out research on the construction of campus culture in universities. Currently, there are some problems existing in using micro-blog to carry out research on the construction of campus culture in universities, such as micro-blog formalization, postponement of demanding information, lack of attractiveness, characteristic culture education becoming no evident, and the ineffectiveness of management mechanism etc. Universities should take effective measures from management mechanism, staff construction and culture education three aspects to promote the continual, healthy development of the construction of campus culture in universities in Micro-blog era deeply. |
