| 摘 要： | 社区矫正代表着罪犯处遇的未来走向 ,但我国当前社区矫正的总体发展水平比较低 ,加紧社区矫正制度的构建和完善已成当务之急。应当构建完备的立法、科学的裁量机制和健全的执行体系 ,以保障和促进社区矫正在我国的发展。

| Abstract: | Community-based corrections stand for the future trend of prisoners undergoing reformation. But the overall development level of present community-based corrections in our country is relatively lower. So it has become an urgent matter of the moment to step up the construction and perfection of the system of community-based corrections. Complete legislation and scientific adjudication mechanism and perfect execution system should be constructed, to ensure and promote the development of community-based corrections in our country. |
