Abstract: | At present, the development of our social organization system has realized the intentional transfer from “double management” to “incentive cultivation”. The autonomy of social organizations has obtained rapid expansion, and then pushed forward the development of system ecology. The venture philanthropy system accelerated the adjustment of social organizations to participate in the action strategy. This paper presents the three strategies of the social organization in the process of adapting the venture capital system through the trial rule rejection, the active system embedding and the destructive system reverse biting. Each adjustment implies some kind of considerations, which are to adapt to the rational logic and the reality of their own growth needs. On this basis, the article further discusses the issue of the autonomy of the border, and proposes that the autonomy of social organizations will also cause the destructive consequences if it breaks the limits of the system itself. |
