| Abstract: | Citizen consciousness is a social concept based on democracy and the rule of law,freedom and equality,right and responsibility and equity and justice.It is the intrinsic element and non-institutional prerequisite of civil orderly political participation.The germination and awakening of citizen consciousness promotes the spread of orderly political participation,and the development of citizen consciousness determines the level and effectiveness of civil orderly political participation.And cultivate and improve the citizen consciousness which adapts to the development of orderly political participation needs to promote the overall development of the three levels of social political system,organizational structure and self-education. |
