| 摘 要： | 本文首先从一般意义上界定了法的形式价值,即法本身所应具有的那些值得肯定或"好"的品质.在此基础上利用比较的、历史的研究方法,重点论述了国际私法形式价值的内涵及历史变迁,作者认为法典应是最能体现国际私法形式价值的载体.

| Abstract: | This article first defines the formal value of law in a general sense, that is, the good quality worthy of praise that the law should present itself. And then it focuses on the intension and historical change of the formal value of private international law by comparative and historical study methods. The author holds that the code should be the carrier that can best embody the formal value of private international law. |
