新时期越南刑法的特点

越南是东盟重要的成员国之一,自古以来,其法律制度一直受到中国法律文化的影响,刑法更是如此。但由于国情的差异,越南现行刑法体现出强烈的民族性和区域性特点,形式上结构严谨、体例科学,内容上考虑全面、与时俱进。作为邻邦,越南刑事法律制度的某些方面值得我们借鉴,以促进我国的法制建设。

Characteristics of Vietnam Criminal Law in New Period

As one of the important states of ASEAN, Vietnam is influenced by Chinese legal culture in its legal system, especially in its criminal law. However, the current criminal law of Vietnam, which has scientific framework and strict structure in its form, which is considered comprehansive with time in its content, shows strongly the characteristics of nationality and regionality. As our neighbour country, Vietnam has some aspects in its criminal legal system, which is worth learning by us for reference to build the legal system of our country.
