关于国民会议运动的几点看法

中国共产党于1923年7月发布的《中国共产党第二次对时局的主张》中指出:“北京之国会已成为封建军阀的傀儡,国民已否认其代表资格,只有国民会议才能真正代表国民,才能制定出宪法,才能建立新的政府统一中国。”1](P178)该主张逐渐为孙中山所代表的革命民主派和各界人民广泛接受,并在1925年春发展成规模巨大的政治运动。

On Ideas upon National Congress Movement

A report,'on the CPC's second issue to the current political situation' in July,1923,pointed out that 'the nation has denied Beijing national congress-puppet of the feudal warlords,the qualification of delegate,and it was national congress that really represents the nations,establishes the constitution and builds new government for the union of china'~1],which was gradually accepted by revolutionary democracy group with the leader of Sunzhongshan and people of all levels.As a result,the strong political movement happened in spring of 1925.
