| 摘 要： | 马克思从人的自由与实践出发,形成了一种独特的人权本原观.人权产生以人的生命存在为自然前提,也即自由是第一个前提.人权产生以人的社会生产劳动为社会前提,也即实践是第二个前提.人权理想的实现在于人类的解放,也即人类的彻底解放是人权的真正实现.马克思的人权本原观,以人的自由存在为前提,以人的实践活动作为人权的现实化之径,以人类的彻底解放为人权的终极价值追求.
