贵州省国民收入分配现状、问题与对策建议

合理调整国民收入分配关系是经济发展和社会进步的重要体现,是社会主义和谐社会建设的重要保障。近年来,社会各界对国民收入分配问题高度关注。贵州作为欠发达的西部省份,国民收入分配现状不容乐观,问题十分突出。增加贵州城乡居民收入,缩小差距,一方面必须加快经济发展,壮大收入分配的物质基础;另一方面要不断调整国民收入分配格局,加大收入分配调节力度,加快推进收入分配制度改革。

The adjustment of national income distribution is the embodiment of social progress and guarantee of harmony, to which increasing attention has been drawn during the past few years. Guizhou, one of the developing provinces in the west, is facing outstanding problems concerning income distribution. On the one hand, economy development should be accelerated to enhance the material foundation of distribution; on the other hand, allocation mechanism should be tailored to the new situation.
