| 摘 要： | 现阶段中国的法律强制性浓重而法律信仰却呈现缺失状态,然而两者对于中国法治社会的建立都有着重要的作用。因此,法律强制与法律信仰的平衡问题成为一个应当引起高度关注的问题。论文分析了中国法律强制和法律信仰的现状和形成的原因,探讨了法律强制和法律信仰的关系,并揭示了平衡法律强制与法律信仰的意义,最后提出了平衡法律强制与法律信仰的若干建议。

| Abstract: | The Legal Compulsion is heavily stressed but the legal faith is reglected in China at presint.However,the legal compulsion and the legal faith are very important to the establishment of the legal system of P.R.China.Therefore,the problem of balance between the legal compulsion and the legal faith should become highly concerned.The anthor analyzes the present condition and the causes of the legal compulsion and the legal faith,and furthermore,he reveals the relations and the conception of them.At last,he puts forward some suggestions on how to balance the legal compulsion and the legal faith. |
