| 摘 要： | 新闻自由权和隐私权之间经常发生冲突，主要是由于权利主体利益的冲突、权利主体的不对等以及法律规定的不完善，解决二者的冲突就要遵循隐私权优先保护原则、涉及公共利益权利让渡原则和新闻自由权的抗辩原则，同时建议从两个权利的法律地位和制定专门的法律法规两方面解决二者的冲突。

| Abstract: | The frequent conflicts between the freedom right of the press and the privacy are mainly due to the conflicts of interests and the non-equality of the main bodies,as well as imperfect of the law. The solution to the conflict is to follow the priority right to privacy protection principles,the transfer principle of involving the public interest and the principle of defending the freedom right of the press.At the same time,the author recommends to resolve the conflicts from the legal status of the two rights ... |
