| 摘 要： | 警察枪支使用在日常警务活动中,特别是在处理突发紧急事件时是必不可少的。枪支使用效果事关公民切身利益和警察执法效力,警察枪支使用后期的法律程序是监督和推动枪支合法、恰当使用的重要保证。在此方面,我国目前在立法和实践中都存在不少问题,而其他国家和地区的先进经验非常值得我国借鉴。笔者正是以此为参考,在深入剖析我国警察枪支使用后期法律程序立法与实践的基础上,较为创新性地提出了若干完善措施。
