| 摘 要： | 司法统一考试应当从职业素质着眼 ,以法律职业素质为考核的中心目标。法律职业素质包括职业语言、职业知识、职业思维、职业技术、职业信仰和职业伦理。只有这些职业素养的统一方能保证形成一个统一的法律职业共同体。
