| 摘 要： | 九届全国人大二次会议将“依法治国”确立为我国民主法制建设的基本方略 ,要实现“依法治国”必然要进行司法改革。司法改革的目标是保证司法公正。真正做到司法公正 ,必须要理顺人财物管理体制 ,保障司法权依法独立行使。司法改革的主要内容包括合理配置司法权力 ,公开司法活动 ,强化监督制约 ,建立科学的管人用人机制 ,同时还要理顺与党的领导的关系

| Abstract: | To realize "rule of law" must carry out judicial reformation.The aim is justice.To realize judicial justice,it is necessary to reform the management system for person,money and goods,to allocate properly the judicial power,to strengthen the procuratorial supervision,to construct the scientific management system.It is more important to handle relationships between the leading of the party and judicial work correctly. |
