| 摘 要： | 我国属于大陆法系国家,制定民法典是我国民法现代化的标志。未来我国民法典应与时俱进,其品格应符合现代民法国际化的趋势,坚持民商合一,适应现代化科技发展的需要,同时也应吸收优秀的传统法律文化,并结合当前我国的实际,充分昭示对人权的保护。

| Abstract: | The law system of our country belongs to the continent law system, and the establishment of civil code is the symbol in civil law modernization. The future civil code should advance with time, its character should match the internationalization trend of modern civil law, insist on combining commercial law and civil law as one, adapting to the demand of the development of modern technology, and absorb the excellent and traditional law culture, according to our own condition, to show the protection of human rights. |
