| 摘 要： | 本文论述了证人资格和证人法律保护两方面内容。首先通过我国刑事诉讼证人作证法定要求 ,分析刑事诉讼证人资格 ,即证人基本条件。然后通过刑事诉讼证人法律保护现状 ,即证人权利和合法权益保障措施 ,分析我国证人法律保护局限性 ,在此基础上 ,系统探讨了完善我国刑事诉讼证人法律保护问题
