| Abstract: | According to Deng Xiaoping's thought of enterprise reform, the reform of the state-owned enterprises aims at fostering the commodity producers and managers who can manage their business independently and be responsible for their own profits and losses. The third leading group of the Party enriches and develops Deng Xiaoping's thought of enterprise reform through the actual practice of enterprise reform, innovation of enterprise systems and building of modern enterprise systems. |
