| 摘 要： | 厂务公开是建立现代企业制度的需要,是科学管理企业、实现企业民主监督的有效方式和手段。企业厂务公开工作应该走制度化道路,配套建立健全运行机制,充分发挥企业工会和职代会的职责和作用。

| Abstract: | Making public the affairs of enterprises is a need for building modern corporate system. It is an effective method and means of realizing democratic supervision in enterprises. The work of making public the affairs of enterprises should have a systematic rule, build and perfect its running mechanism, and give full play to trade unions' role and duty of workers' congress. |
