| 摘 要： | 长期处在紧张、危险的工作状态使得很多警察心理存在潜在的危机。干预警察心理危机的整合模式将预防性干预、反应性干预和巩固性干预相结合,从多维度对警察的心理危机进行预防、评估、确定问题、制定并实施方案、防止复发等。在我国运用此模式应根据国情采取相应措施,建立长期、系统的干预机制。

| Abstract: | The prolonged tense and dangerous working state poses potential psychological crisis for many police. The integrated mode to intervene in police psychological crisis combines preventive, responsive and consolidating intervention, preventing and evaluating the psychological crisis, diagnosing the problem, framing and bringing into effect the scheme, and counterchecking the recrudescence from multi - dimensional point of view. When this mode is applied to our country, correspondent measures should be taken to establish long - term and systematic preventive mechanism according to the situation of our country. |
