| 摘 要： | 是否做到对证人的有效保护关系到刑事诉讼能否顺利进行,更关乎保障人权和打击犯罪这一刑事诉讼职能的实现.当前,我国证人保护在保护的程序、机构、范围等方向存在不足,为此,应明确证人保护的对策和范嗣,建立专门的证人保护程序,完善证人保护的措施,明确证人保护的责任和后果. |

| Abstract: | Efficient protection of the witness is vital to keep the criminal procedure going, protect human rights and combat crimes, and achieve the function of criminal procedure. However, there are some weak points in the procedures, system and range of the witness protection. As a result, countermeasures and range of the protection have to be made clear; special protec-tion procedure for the witness must be established; what's more, protective measures need to be improved and responsibilities and consequences of protection should be included as well. |
