民本思想演进与公安机关执法为民的政治践行

民本思想在我国源远流长。公安机关执法为民的政治准则 ,来自于我党执政为民的理论 ,而党的执政为民的理论则是对我国传统民本思想的提炼和升华。当前公安队伍思想建设中存在的根本问题 ,是执政为民思想错位、执政为民理念缺失。公安机关要真正做到立警为公、执法为民 ,必须通过大学习大讨论转变思想观念 ,通过法律法规强化为人民服务的宗旨教育 ,通过警务公开转变工作作风 ,通过有效的监督制约机制实现从严治警。

The idea of serving people has a long history in our country. To enforce the law for people comes from our party's theory of governing the country for people. But some police have not such an idea in their minds. We must learn to transform the incorrect idea, reinforce our purpose of serving people.
