A Study of the CPC＇ s governance experience in Shaan - Gan - Ning border region——Taking the cooperation of southern region as a case

The cooperation of southern region showed that the cooperation was the important platform for the Party to mobilize the masses, the important carrier of economic construction, the important means of consolidating the class basis and the important reference of reflecting the Party＇ s governance capability. The leadership towards the cooperation of southern region embodied the CPC ＇ s prudence principle and participant democracy in the process of leading the economic construction, tended management model of partial rationality and reflected the governance capacity construction was a procedural and tortuous process, which enlightens us today greatly.
